Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for supporting care teams? We're looking for a Resourcing (Flex Force) Co-ordinator to join our team at HC-One. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our care homes have the staffing support they need to deliver outstanding care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for Flex Force colleagues and care homes, addressing queries and providing guidance on shift coverage.
- Coordinate Flex Force colleagues to ensure shifts are covered and contracted hours are met.
- Manage Flex Force colleagues' attendance, annual leave, and shift confirmations.
- Provide assistance when Flex Force colleagues are unable to attend shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent care..
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Recruitment Experience
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday mornings
About you
Ideally you will have recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate experience of working in Deputy or Resource Link, (or similar systems), you’ll understand the social care workforce, care home structure and the difficulty in ensuring care homes are being staffed safely.
With strong communication skills, you will be able to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote a strong service delivery ethos and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
