Activities
At HC-One, we recognise the benefits our Residents experience from taking part in meaningful social engagement and activity. Our Activities Coordinators work closely with our Residents and loved ones to create a tailored activities programme, focussed on stimulating the mind, body and soul.
Working as an Activities Coordinator is extremely rewarding, as you will assist in developing important links with the local community, while engaging with community groups and fellow Colleagues to deliver a wide range of activities to maximise Residents’ wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
With great organisational skills, enthusiasm, and creativity, our Activities Coordinators make sure a variety of exciting and stimulating activities are planned in each of our homes, as well as with the wider community.

Maintenance
HC-One’s Maintenance Operatives go the extra mile to keep our homes safe, compliant, well presented, and in great working order for our Residents, Colleagues, and visitors. Working as a Maintenance Operative can be incredibly rewarding, as your work is crucial in providing a home-from-home environment for our Residents. It is not just about having good maintenance and DIY skills, but it is also about being a great communicator so you can understand what Residents want out of their living space. You might even help personalise Residents’ rooms, helping them to settle in and feel more at home at HC-One.
Driving is another essential part of every home. Our Drivers ensure Residents can easily travel to and from their appointments and get out and about when they need to. Mobility and transport are crucial in our provision of kind care as, after all, a trip out is a chance to chat, help and deliver.
