Building connections among your kind care team, residents and the community, you’ll be responsible for Leading the HC-One Way. This means empowering your teams to provide the kindest possible care, by supporting and coaching the five qualities that define how we care about our residents and what matters most to them: curiosity, compassion, creativity, courage and being counted on. To bring this to life for your team, you’ll set clear direction, so everyone knows the role they play in showing kindness the HC-One way.

As a Home Manager, you will demonstrate the flexibility and resilience needed to support your team. As a role model, you’ll have an openness to learning and growth, setting an example to nurture your team in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to be the first choice for families, our colleagues, and commissioners.
