Home Care
Our Home Care services provide care to individuals living within their own homes, enabling them to stay safe within their home environment while receiving person-led care tailored to meet their individual needs.
Working as a Home Carer is extremely rewarding, as you will travel between older people living in the community to help them achieve their personal aims and objectives, in accordance with their individual support plans. Our Home Carers help older people and adults with a variety of tasks, including home care, nutritional care and meal preparation, and shopping. In addition, they may support the service user to remain involved with community activities, such as education, sports and leisure, while providing a sense of companionship and interaction.
