• Warm induction & orientation: You'll be introduced to your placement home with a full orientation of the environment and emergency procedures, helping you feel secure and confident from the outset.
• Welcome booklet: This is your go-to guide for essential information, including who’s who, daily routines, and helpful resources.
• Learning outcomes guide: With clear objectives aligned with your university’s curriculum to help you focus your learning and track your progress.
• Experienced Practice Assessors & Supervisors: You'll be supported by skilled, registered clinicians who are committed to guiding your development and helping you grow.
• A safe learning environment: All of our homes meet the regulatory requirements for student nurse placements, with robust clinical governance and evidence-based policies in place.
• Feedback opportunities: Your voice matters. We actively encourage you to share feedback so we can continue to improve this experience for future students too.
