About the role

 This is an exciting and challenging new role working within a regional resourcing function delivering the best resourcing support, advice and guidance to the Home Manager so that we can hire the best talent into our business. To work closely with the operational teams to deliver the HC-One vision and mission of being the kindest care home provider and the number one care home in every locality and deliver the best health and care experience for Residents, the best working environment for colleagues and the best return for Investors.
 
This role is to cover regional recruitment for the south region, west midlands and wales.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Recruitment Manager to facilitate delivery of the Resourcing SLA.
  • Build strong relationships with Home Managers in order to achieve the best possible results with a focus on service delivery
  • Working regionally with a portfolio of homes delivering best resourcing support, advice and guidance to the Home Manager so that we can hire the best staff into our business
  • Managing local / regional attraction campaigns within your geographic area
  • Carrying out structured interviews with pre-screened candidates on behalf of Home Managers
  • Engaging with all candidates and selling the benefits of working at HC-One whilst also identifying the best ‘fit’ for the role.
  • Managing candidate pipelines for home based roles within your portfolio of homes ensuring that we have the appropriate numbers of candidates at each stage of the recruitment process
  • Managing the candidate interview process and providing quality feedback.
  • Build and maintain extensive candidate pipelines for your portfolio of homes
  • Attending fairs/exhibitions and care homes.
  • Providing weekly management information in respect of the number of CV’s that have been submitted to homes, the response rates and outcomes
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records of all calls received and advice given. 

About You

 You will have
  • End-to-end recruitment experience
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment legislation
  • Ability to manage online attraction methods
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

With our network of more than 300 care homes across the UK, it is our central support Colleagues who connect our homes. Our central support office in Darlington provides assistance through a variety of functions to our frontline services
